ok ok if you love tj’s butternut squash mac & cheese you’re gonna love this one. also if you just love mac & cheese generally, this one is also for you. the butternut squash sauce is so smooth and tastes like fall. plus this is the perfect way to pack in some veggies? emi will be asking for this “paata” all season!!!

these baked donuts are the perfect lil fall treat! mini donuts are just the perfect size and these ones are soft and pillowy and packed with pumpkin spice.

oh! and if you don’t have a mini donut pan, you can also use a muffin pan! and if you want a mini donut pan, i linked it on my amazon (in my bio)!!

ok this is the combo: cinnamon dough + cinnamon chips + white chocolate chips + fresh apple slices + cream cheese frosting !!!!!!!!! i’m sorry but you can’t tell me that doesn’t sound good (ok you can but i will be shocked).

these cookies are so perfect for fall and really are so good hot or cold. try them both ways and tell me what you prefer!

pumpkin bread with brown butter streusel & maple glaze!

i made this pumpkin bread multiple times last fall and plan on making it over and over this season! the streusel on top has brown butter and gives the perfect flavor and crunch. plus the maple glaze? it’s technically optional, but like, not really.

brown sugar milk boba !!!

we recently had this in japan and i’ve been wanting to make it at home ever since. it is so so easy to make and i love that you can add as much or as little boba as you want (cause they never give you enough at boba shops??). you can also add more syrup in the cup! i just don’t like mine overly sweet so i didn’t add extra 🙂

ALSO add whatever kind of milk you want! i did almond milk but have also done it with whole milk and it’s all delish so use what you prefer / have on hand!

seared pork with radishes + capers + lemon!

it is still august / 95 degrees outside so i am still craving alllll the summer dishes (although i FEEL september knocking HELLO). this pork chop dish is currently at the top for me for a few reasons:

1. this dish is one that will impresssss but is really not too hard to make!
2. the pork chops are seared but stay JUICY and tender. yum.
3. you will want the honey garlic sauce that goes on top on everything
4. the seared radishes & lemon + crispy capers? that goes hard.
