Not to be dramatic but I would die for this jalapeño popper grilled cheese. Jalapeño poppers are incredible as they are, but turn them into a grilled cheese and they are next level.
I think out of all the grilled cheeses I’ve made so far, this one is my favorite. To make it, we start by scooping out the seeds of jalapeños, then roasting them in the oven so they are nice and tender. Then, we mix up a mixture of cream cheese, green onion, and garlic salt. This is meant to be like the stuffing that typical jalapeño poppers are filled with. Then, we spread the mixture onto a slice of bread and add jalapeños, cheese, and another slice of bread. Cook until the bread is perfectly toasted on each side and the cheese is melty and that’s it!
