pulled pork and apple grilled cheese

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pulled pork
  • 1/2 red apple
  • honey


  • Add butter to a pan over medium-low heat. Add two slices of bread to the pan.
  • Add cheddar cheese and pulled pork. Thinly slice the apple and layer it on the sandwich. Add the last two slices of bread on top.
  • Cook on each side for a few minutes until the cheese melts and each side gets golden brown. It may be helpful to put a lid on the pan to help the cheese melt.
  • Remove from pan and drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
