These blueberry muffin overnight oats are the perfect breakfast option! I am a big fan of oats. I think overnight oats are a “newer” phenomenon, but I am here for it. And how can you not be when you can have a blueberry muffin flavor?
Now let’s talk toppings. Obviously with overnight oats you can top it with whatever you want, but let me tell you what works best with these flavors.
- warm almond butter
- coconut flakes
- pepitas
- chia seeds
- blueberries
You will not be disappointed with this combo, I promise. We also need to talk about eating them hot versus cold! I love eating my overnight oats cold. Straight from the jar! Plus eating them cold makes them easier to eat on the go, so its a win-win.
