japanese curry!! i grew up eating japanese curry

japanese curry!! i grew up eating japanese curry all the time and i still think it’s one of the best comfort foods out there. i love adding in beef cubes, you could also add chicken or tofu. or you can add none of the above and top with a crispy chicken cutlet 🙂‍↕️. whatever you add it’s gonna be so cozy and is perfect for the colder weather. the ginger on top is optional, but i love adding something bright and acidic to cut through some of the richness of the curry. like i said in the video, when i was little we always added mustard pickles on top, but you can do whatever you want. full details are on my site, linked in my bio! or you can comment “curry” and i’ll send it to you. 🍛 #japanesecurry #japanesefood #curryrice
