how to make whipped pumpkin honey butter:
In my opinion, I think whipped honey butter is way better than normal honey butter. What is the difference? Whipped honey butter is, well, whipped! The butter is whipped to make it lighter and fluffier which makes it taste even better. So, to make whipped pumpkin honey butter, follow these steps:
- Add the butter and pumpkin pie spice to a bowl and mix for 2 minutes. This can be done in a stand mixer, or with a hand mixer. The butter should be light and fluffy.
- Add the pumpkin puree, honey, and vanilla. Mix for another two minutes.
- Transfer to a small bowl or piping bag and enjoy!
This recipe is so easy and seriously comes together in five minutes. If you don’t eat all the pumpkin honey butter in one sitting, cover it or transfer it to a sealed container and keep it in the fridge. Since it has pumpkin puree in it, it keeps best in the fridge and is best if enjoyed within one week!
